Stomachaches are common and mostly everyone will experience this. Sharing at home remedies with you that will help soothe an upset stomach and/or indigestion. The herbs and remedies you’ll find here has the ability to relieve multiple health concerns. It is extremely important to know what to manage your health problems with remedies that work.

While also using herbs to manage your indigestion. It is extremely important to drink water according to your weight. Yes that’s right according to your weight. A lot of people have used to term “Drink Enough Water”. They specified what “Enough” exactly means. Well I’m here to tell you that you need to consume water according to your weight (how much do you weight?).

1. Allspice

Allspice is not just a seasoning that Caribbeans use for flavor. Allspice has a chemical “Eugenol” that promotes digestion to relieve Upset Stomach. When drinking Allspice as a hot tea it can help relieve menstrual cramps, common cold, upset stomach and serve a pain reliever for a toothache or bodyaches.

2. Anise

Aniseeds are valued for various reasons. Anise helps with promoting breastmilk production, expel excess phlegm, soothe colic, relieves gas and freshens your breath. Anyone who has an upset stomach or gas can use it.

3. Chamomile

Chamomile is considered one of the safest herbs to consume. Chamomile can not only calm your body for a quiet and relaxing night sleep. It has capabilities far more than just a relaxing nights sleep. It combat indigestion and colic, ease earaches among other things. This particular herb has been used for centuries. Drinking a Hot Cup of Chamomile Tea is good for what ails you.

4. Cinnamon

Cinnamon is apart of a Culinary Spice. Used for multiple potential medicinal and therapeutic uses. Cinnamon prevents vaginal yeast infections, soothe indigestion, ward off urinary tract infections and more. Really good for anyone with diabetes. For best results 1/2 or 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder or 1 cinnamon stick can do exactly what you need.

5. Peppermint

The best remedy for any stomach problem. Especially for gas, colic, hiccups and nausea. Peppermint reduce congestion, relieve indigestion, relieve diarrhea, treat irritable bowel syndrome, calms menstrual cramps and more. I bet you probably paid no attention to those dinner mints at your local grocery store or the dinner mints the waiter leaves your table when leaving the check.
